Wrap-style leg massagers use airbags inside a fabric sleeve. The bags inflate and deflate in programmed patterns — squeezing the foot, then the calf, then the thigh, or all zones in rotation — to imitate the rhythm of a manual massage. Heated models add a warming element inside the wrap. Sessions are short by design: most DJL wraps run a 20-minute cycle with automatic shut-off.
